The Rotary Club of Sofia Triaditsa celebrated its seventh anniversary with a magnificent charitable spring ball, which raised significant funds for charity and highlighted the club’s social commitment. The event was brightened by this year’s hosts—famous Bulgarian artists Kamen Vodenicharov and Toncho Tokmakchiev, whose charisma and talent made the evening even more festive.

Rotary Club Sofia Triaditsa proudly shares its donation to the General Hospital in Devin, marking another step in our mission to support healthcare and the community. The donated medical equipment includes an inhaler, a blood pressure monitor with cuffs for children and babies, a baby scale, and a venoscope. This equipment will significantly assist the hospital in treating and caring for its youngest patients.

As Christmas approaches, it brings the spirit of giving and charity, and Rotary Club Sofia Triaditsa once again demonstrates its commitment to these values by actively participating in the charity campaign “Donate Food, Donate Love”. The 35 tons of food collected by the campaign represent a significant resource that will be distributed across 15 villages in the Montana region.

In the spirit of giving and sharing, Rotary Club Sofia Triaditsa extended its charitable activities to include donations for 15 Ukrainian children in distress due to the current situation in their homeland. This initiative was warmly received, once again showing the power of empathy and support.

During the Christmas season, Rotary Club Sofia Triaditsa took part in the noble initiative of bringing joy to children in need by donating gifts to 7 children from Sofia. This action was carried out in close collaboration with the “Podai Ruka” Foundation, known for its commitment to assisting and supporting people in difficult situations.

Once again, Rotary Club Sofia Triaditsa took the lead in a noble initiative to enhance community health and well-being by organizing a screening for amblyopia in the Izgrev district, examining over 1000 children.

Rotary Club Sofia Triaditsa made a significant donation of medical equipment to the city of Haskovo, demonstrating their commitment to improving healthcare and supporting the community. During this noble act, the club members were deeply impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the medical team at the local hospital where the donation was made.

At a recent event, Rotary Club Sofia Triaditsa demonstrated its commitment to the community by donating toys to the pediatric department at the hospital in Dimitrovgrad. This donation is part of the club’s broader efforts to support the healthcare and well-being of children in need. Representatives of the club were warmly welcomed by the staff of the local hospital, where the donation was officially handed over.

On August 7, 2023, the Rotary Club Sofia Triaditsa made a donation to the University Hospital in Pleven. It included three infusion pumps, two vital signs monitors, and a pediatric blood pressure apparatus.

On June 21st, 2023, Rotary Club of Sofia Triaditsa proudly donated to Svishtov Hospital. Our contribution included a 12-channel ECG monitor, a professional inhaler, and a pediatric blood pressure apparatus along with a cuff.

The 12-channel ECG monitor will enhance the hospital’s capacity to detect and monitor heart conditions, playing a crucial role in preventing and treating heart diseases. The professional inhaler is a vital tool in managing respiratory conditions, ensuring patients receive optimal treatment. The pediatric blood pressure apparatus, paired with the cuff, will provide accurate blood pressure readings in children, a crucial aspect of pediatric healthcare.

Dear friends in Rotary and fellow citizens, we are pleased to share with you about our project “Accessible Sport for All”, which started from the beginning of May 2023, but the preparations, conversations and efforts we put into its implementation began already in the autumn of last year.

On May 17th, 2023, Rotary Club of Sofia Triaditsa had the pleasure of donating a defibrillator to Harmanli Hospital, marking a significant step in our ongoing efforts to support community health. This life-saving device will bolster the hospital’s capacity to respond to cardiac emergencies and underscores our commitment to health promotion and disease prevention.

The Rotary Club of Sofia Triaditsa has always been committed to making a significant contribution to our community. In keeping with this dedication, we recently made a generous donation to Vratsa Hospital: an ultrasound transducer, a piece of equipment that is essential for various medical diagnostic procedures.

On April 1st, 2023, a spectacular Spring Charity Ball took place with the noble purpose of supporting the cause “For our children’s health”.

Dear friends, The Rotary Club Sofia Triaditsa will celebrate its sixth anniversary with a Spring Charity Ball. The event will take place on April 1st, 2023, at the Marinela Hotel, Sofia.

As of today, the Department of Pediatrics of “N. I. Pirogov” Emergency University Hospital, headed by associate professor Dr. Iren Tsocheva, has a non-invasive system for visualization of blood vessels Venoscope.

On the eve of the Christmas holidays, Rotary Club of Sofia Triaditsa took on the role of Santa Claus for the children, from the HUGS FROM BULGARIA accommodation center, supporting mothers and children fleeing the war in Ukraine.

The children’s department at the Silistra General Hospital is the third department that received a donation of specialized medical equipment from the “For our children’s health” cause.

The second part of the donation we made with the funds collected at the Spring Charity Ball 2022 was given to the children’s ward of the Vratsa General Hospital.

We are proud to share that in April 2022, the RC Sofia Triaditsa conducted its Amblyopia screening campaign in the Lozenetz district of the Sofia Municipality.

Проект #ЗАДОБРОТО had started a campaign for providing 9 children hospital beds for the Sofia neurology ward. They had starded a crowd funding.

For the second year, we carried out amblyopia screening in Sofia. This year, we visited kindergartens in the Studentski District.
