We have a long history and commitment to supporting community, cultural, and educational initiatives. In this context, we proudly supported the event organized by the Rotaract Club of Sofia - Children’s Dance Folklore Competition. This competition became a vivid example of how young generations can and should be involved in the process of exploring and passing on folk traditions.
The event gathered numerous talented children’s dance ensembles from different parts of the country, who presented impressive performances full of energy, passion, and respect for the folk heritage. The participation of these young talents not only demonstrated their exceptional skills and dedication to traditional Bulgarian dances but also highlighted the importance of preserving national identity through art.
Working in partnership with the Rotary Club of Sofia and the Rotaract Club of Sofia is extremely exciting and inspiring. These collaborations allow us to unite our efforts in support of significant initiatives that have a real impact on the community and culture. This event was a wonderful opportunity not only to show our support for young performers but also to demonstrate to society the importance of cultural heritage and the need for its preservation for future generations.
The Children’s Dance Folklore Competition was more than a contest; it was a celebration of the Bulgarian spirit, culture, and traditions, which awakened pride and admiration in all attendees. Ultimately, initiatives like this play a key role in the educational process, providing children with the opportunity not only to learn the steps of the horo but also to understand their roots and cultural identity more deeply.
In conclusion, the Rotary Club of Sofia Triaditsa remains committed to its mission to support and encourage projects that enrich society and convey to young generations the values and wealth of Bulgarian culture and traditions. We look forward to continuing our collaboration with Rotary and Rotaract clubs in Sofia and working together on the realization of even more significant initiatives in the future.
