The children’s department at the Silistra General Hospital is the third department that received a donation of specialized medical equipment from the “For our children’s health” cause.
The cause and the purchase of the medical equipment were fully funded during the Spring Charity Ball of Rotary Club of Sofia Triaditsa. To ease the work of the heroes in white coats in the department, we purchased:
- one venoscope;
- two patient monitors for monitoring vital functions with special tips for babies and children;
- one portable ultrasound machine with printer.
Department #Firefly*, led by Dr. Chumpalova, are fully ready for their patients.
The donation was made in cooperation with the #ЗаДоброто Foundation and their project to improve the emotional environment in children’s wards in the country - the Firefly project.
